SHIPPING POLICY

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed with Orlina Jewelry. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the following countries:

  • Australia (AU)
  • New Zealand (NZ)
  • United Kingdom (UK)
  • United States (US)
  • Canada (CA)

Orders placed for delivery outside these countries will not be processed.

2. Shipping Costs

We offer free standard shipping to all listed destinations.

There is no minimum order value required unless explicitly stated at checkout.

Please note that import duties, customs clearance fees, VAT, GST, or local sales taxes may apply depending on your location. These charges are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout.

3. Order Processing & Cut-Off Time

Order Cut-off Time: 00:00 ET (Eastern Time / New York)

Handling Time: 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday)

Orders placed after the daily cut-off time will be processed on the next business day.

Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

4. Delivery Time

Transit Time: 6–10 business days (Monday–Friday)

Estimated Total Delivery Time: 7–12 business days (handling + transit)

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Delays may occur due to:

  • customs clearance procedures
  • carrier delays
  • high seasonal demand
  • public holidays
  • weather conditions
  • unexpected logistical disruptions

Orlina Jewelry is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities or third-party shipping carriers.

6. International Fulfilment

Orders are shipped from international fulfilment partners, which may be located outside your country of residence.

Customers are responsible for complying with local import regulations.

If customs duties or taxes are not paid, the shipment may be delayed, returned, or destroyed. In such cases, refunds may be reduced by incurred costs where legally permitted.

7. Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to become active.

8. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please:

  • check your tracking information
  • verify your shipping address
  • contact our support team

If a shipment is confirmed lost or arrives damaged, we will investigate and provide a suitable resolution in accordance with applicable consumer laws.

Photo evidence may be required for damaged items.

9. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.

If a package is returned due to:

  • incorrect address
  • failed delivery attempts
  • refusal of delivery
  • unpaid customs charges

Reshipment may be offered at the customer’s expense.

10. Risk of Loss

Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer upon successful delivery, unless otherwise required by law.
