At Orlina Jewelry, we aim to provide a secure, transparent, and reliable payment experience. This Payment Information forms part of our Terms and Conditions.

This policy applies to customers located in Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, the United States, and Canada.

1. Accepted Payment Methods

We currently accept the following payment methods:

  • Visa

Available payment methods may vary depending on your location, device, and payment provider availability.

2. Payment Processing

Payment is due immediately upon completion of your order.

Orders are only processed and prepared for shipment after successful payment authorisation.

If a payment fails, is declined, cancelled, or reversed, the order will not be confirmed or fulfilled.

In such cases, you may place a new order using a valid payment method.

An order confirmation email is sent once payment has been successfully processed.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order in cases of:

  • suspected fraud
  • payment irregularities
  • pricing errors
  • high-risk transactions
  • violation of our Terms and Conditions

3. Prices & Currency

Prices are automatically displayed in the currency of your delivery country where applicable:

  • Australia: Australian Dollar (AUD)
  • New Zealand: New Zealand Dollar (NZD)
  • United Kingdom: British Pound (GBP)
  • United States: US Dollar (USD)
  • Canada: Canadian Dollar (CAD)

The currency displayed at checkout is binding.

If your payment method operates in a different currency, your financial institution may apply exchange rates and additional fees. Orlina Jewelry is not responsible for these charges.

Where legally required, prices include applicable VAT, GST, or sales tax.

For international shipments, additional charges such as import duties, customs clearance fees, or local taxes may apply. These charges are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout.

Prices may be updated at any time prior to order confirmation. Once payment is completed, prices will not change.

4. Secure Payment

All transactions are processed through certified third-party payment providers.

We use SSL encryption and comply with PCI DSS security standards to protect your payment data.

We do not store full credit card details on our servers.

5. Refunds

Refunds are processed in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Refunds are issued using the original payment method and in the original transaction currency.

Once a return has been received and approved, refunds are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take up to 5–10 business days before the funds appear in your account.

Currency conversion differences, bank charges, and third-party fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If you believe a payment was processed incorrectly, you must contact us at support@orlina-jewelry.com before initiating a chargeback.

We will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes promptly.

In the case of fraudulent, abusive, or unjustified chargebacks, we reserve the right to:

  • submit evidence to dispute the chargeback
  • recover administrative and banking costs where legally permitted
  • restrict or refuse future transactions

7. Fraud Prevention

To protect our customers and our business, we use automated fraud detection systems.

We reserve the right to:

  • request additional verification
  • temporarily hold transactions
  • cancel suspicious orders
