CANCELLATION POLICY

At Orlina Jewelry, we understand that you may wish to cancel or modify your order. This Cancellation Policy outlines your rights and our procedures regarding order cancellations and withdrawals.
This policy applies to customers located in Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, the United States, and Canada.
1. Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase agreement within 30 days without providing a reason.
The withdrawal period expires 30 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), receive the goods.

2. Order Cancellation Before Shipment
Orders may be cancelled or modified within 2 hours of being placed, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
If the order has not entered processing, we will cancel it and issue a full refund to the original payment method.
After this period, orders may already be in processing and cancellation may no longer be possible.
3. Order Cancellation After Shipment
Once an order has been processed and shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
If you still wish to cancel, you must follow the return process outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.
Refunds will only be issued after the returned item has been received and inspected.
4. Refused or Unclaimed Deliveries
If a shipment is refused or remains unclaimed and is returned to us, it will be treated as a withdrawal.
Any costs incurred, including return shipping, customs charges, or administrative fees, may be deducted from your refund where legally permitted.
5. Customised or Final Sale Items
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- customised or made-to-order items
- items marked as final sale
These items cannot be cancelled or returned once the order has been confirmed.
6. Refunds After Cancellation or Withdrawal
Eligible refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Once the return has been received and approved, refunds are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take up to 5 business days for the funds to appear.
